If you want to experience some of Colombia’s best tourism spots in Valle de Cauca, Quindio & Risaralda, then there is nothing like the tour that has been designed by award winning tourism expert Belisario Montes Marin.
Beginning September 14, her new tourism operation will open its doors in the suburb of El Poblado in Medellin, Colombia.
The idea is to promote tourism exchange between Medellin and Cali,” states Belisario Montes Marin who has designed the original program to be land based with eventual options for air travel to be announced in the future
The tour, which will allow you to go to Cali, Geneva, Buga, Cartago, Quimbaya, Circassia and Santa Rosa de Cabal has a price of 490,000 COP (Colombian pesos) and includes accommodation for four nights and five days in double or triple accommodation hotels/finca-hotels including the Decameron Panaca.
All meals from Wednesday (if you come to Cali before 2:00 pm) until Sunday are included with exception to dinner on Saturday in Cali.
The program includes transportation in modern tour buses that allows you to discover the charms of Valle del Cauca with its huge sugar cane fields and the lavish green winding terrain of Quindio and Risaralda.
Also part of the admission ticket is a visit to the Cali Zoo, the Sugar Cane Museum, the Hacienda El Paraiso Springs and Santa Rosa.
You will also visit the town of Genebra and the embroidery factory at Frixio de Cartago with tour guides upon your arrival to Cali. English speaking guides are also available upon request for the 5 day tour.
This lively and varied tour devotes considerable space to the raffle during the tour, several copies of the book “Tourism, a dream of peace,” Belisario Montes Marín, Panaca Park entrance offering free Hotel Decameron Panaca whom there for; visit to the town of Circassia and its main tourist site, and visit the city of Buga, especially the Basilica of Our Lord of Miracles.
Rates do not include travel insurance which can be purchased for $20,000 COP per person. The entrance fee to the Parque del Café (Coffee Park) is 34,000 COP per person and is also included in the package price. Tips for guide and driver are voluntary.
In order to ensure personalized attention, this tour package begins on Wednesdays and is priced based on double occupancy. Rates are guaranteed through December 19th.
Belisario Marín explains that any dates that coincide with public holidays will incur an additional charge of 40,000 pesos per person due to the increased costs of participating hotels.
